Yes. If you cancel before I’ve started working on your project, your deposit will be refunded in full.
If work has already started, the deposit will be used to cover reasonable charges for the work completed and any applicable costs. Depending on the progress made, this could mean that some or all of the deposit is retained.
If you’re experiencing financial difficulties, you can also ask to put your project on hold rather than cancelling it. We can discuss resuming the work when you’re ready.
